Knowledge of Alaran Culture - Advanced Now Auto Granted

From the SOE forum:

All players who are level 91 or higher will receive Knowledge of Alaran Culture - Advanced automatically upon entering any Veil of Alaris base zone.

This will grant the players the ability to purchase Veil of Alaris AAs that require this.
